The villa is located near a beautiful village, Sozopoli, at Halkidiki, at a distance of 500 meters from the sea and between two organized beaches awarded with the Blue Flag, Vergia (2 km) and Nautilus (Sozopoli) (3 km). The distance from the beautiful city of Thessaloniki is 41 km (half an hour by car) and 37 km from the airport (25 minutes by car). It is built in an estate of 7 acres of olive trees.
You will have access to the entire space and will be alone in calmness and peace.
