Our location

The villa is located near a beautiful village, Sozopoli, at Halkidiki, at a distance of 500 meters from the sea (Delfinia Beach, with basketball and football fields, kids playground, restaurant) and additionally and between two organized beaches awarded with the Blue Flag, Vergia (1,5 km) and Nautilus (Sozopoli) (3 km). The distance from the beautiful city of Thessaloniki is 41 km (half an hour by car) and 37 km from the airport (25 minutes by car). It is built in an estate of 7 acres of olive trees.

The 2-floor villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple room (double and single beds) and 1 family room (double bed and a double bunk bed for kids), so it can accommodate up to 9 adults and 2 kids. All rooms have air conditioning. There are also 2 bathrooms, one in each floor and an outdoor shower as well. Also, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terraces/balconies in each room. Beautiful gardens and barbeque. Kids playground and swing.

You will have access to the entire space and will be alone in calmness and peace.
